How does it work?
The Bott Academy supports all members throughout their courses, studies, and exams.
Colleagues have a dedicated mentor, whom they can approach for help at any time. They also meet regularly with the Learning and Education Manager who provides advice and guidance, to encourage ongoing progression.
There are no age limits to any courses, or academic qualifications, and we can provide all the relevant accredited training on the job.
We support the right applicants, based on their Attitude, Aptitude, Application, and Ability to Adapt.
Our overall commitment to our staff through The Bott Academy has seen the firm thrive and lead the way in developing new niche areas of law.
Our training programme saw us being awarded Highly Commended in Excellence in Learning & Development at the Law Society Excellence Awards 2017.
