Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires. Payroll Administration: Compile and manage monthly payroll reports for our Finance Director. Employee Support: Be the go-to person for any HR-related queries, providing timely, professional, and legally compliant advice. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and absence tracking. HR Initiatives: Assist with HR-related events and initiatives, such as training programs and employee engagement activities. Lifecycle Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle changes. Exit Interviews: Coordinate and conduct exit interviews, accurately recording results in line with company processes. Performance Management: Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary processes, supporting meetings and liaising with external HR support when necessary. HRIS Training: Train new starters on our HRIS and provide ongoing support throughout the employee lifecycle. Continuous Learning: Manage your own learning and development in line with organisational needs and expectations. About You: Previous HR experience or qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot/AI systems is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
