Ann started at Bott and Co after a redundancy from a small law firm where she was the Practice Manager. She also has experience in recruitment and retail management. Eager to build on her experience of working in the legal industry, she is now the firm’s Operations Manager.
Her professional approach is personable and conscientious in ensuring high standards at Bott and Co are maintained at all times. Ann is meticulous, focused and instrumental to the day to day running of the business, as she is responsible for the co-ordination of strategic, tactical and operational support to all departments within the business.
As a member of the senior management team, she has a thorough knowledge of the elements that create long-term, successful client relationships.

In her spare time, Ann enjoys running, cycling, tennis and football (season ticket holder). She enjoys foreign travel, live music anything from Improv to Opera and making ‘music’, as well as reading and being a wannabe GBBO or Strictly contestant.
