Paul is the Managing Partner at Bott and Co, which he co-founded in 2001 with David Bott and Gary Froggatt. He has been instrumental in implementing strategic change in all areas of the business particularly focusing on people development and service delivery. Paul supports the Board and the senior management team on all aspects of management and leadership as well as fostering a culture of continuous development of all staff.
Paul sees his primary role as maintaining and developing the infrastructure necessary to support the firm’s key asset – its people – and supporting their commitment to delivering the highest standards of service to customers.

His hands-on approach and keen interest in technology sees him oversee the practice’s substantial investment in leading-edge IT systems and focus on quality standards. This has allowed Bott and Co to constantly reduce case lifecycles and lift the service levels offered to customers.

We won the leading two cases in this country at the Court of Appeal in May 2014 and each of those decisions impacted on billions of pounds worth of claims for passengers. We were also the first firm in our sector to use the online review system, Feefo, giving all our customers an opportunity to have a free say in what they thought about our legal service.
